What is collected, and where it goes.
Short version: until you press Accept on the banner, no analytics or advertising tag loads. What you type into a form is used to answer you and for nothing else.
Who is responsible
Serhii Shandaliuk, a sole trader based in Warsaw, Poland — the person who runs this site and answers its forms. Any question or request about your data: shandalyuk94@gmail.com.
Before you answer the banner, or if you decline
- No Google Analytics, Meta pixel or Microsoft Clarity code is loaded, and none of their cookies are set.
- Your answer to the banner is remembered in your browser’s local storage (
consent.v1) so you are not asked on every page. Nothing is sent anywhere. - Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address as part of that request.
- The hosting provider keeps standard technical request logs (IP address, time, page requested).
If you accept
- Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, how far a check or form got, device and approximate location. Used to see which pages work and which confuse people.
- Meta pixel — page views and whether a form was sent, so ads on Facebook and Instagram can be measured. When you send a form, your email address is also passed to Meta through the Conversions API, as a one-way SHA-256 hash, together with your IP address and browser type — Meta uses this to match the event, not to receive the address itself.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised recordings of how the page is scrolled and clicked. Everything typed into form fields is masked and never recorded.
You can change your mind at any time: clear this site’s data in your browser, or press the button below, and the banner will ask again.
What you type into a form
- Contact and check forms ask for your email and, depending on the form, your name, a website address and a message. They are delivered to me through my own lead-handling service and used only to reply to you.
- No mailing list, no newsletter, no automated follow-up sequence, and nothing is sold or passed to anyone else.
- The AI chat on the home page sends your questions to an AI model (Google Gemini) to write the answer. They are not used to train models and are not stored on this site. When the chat hands a question over, or you leave an email in it, the conversation is sent to me in Telegram so I can reply. The chat history stays in your browser tab until you close it.
- A website address typed into the version checker is used to fetch that public site once and read which version it runs. Nothing is installed on it and no access to it is used.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see what I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use — write to the address above and it is done. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
